The X710-T4 is designed to deliver maximum system density, standard CAT 6a cabling with four RJ45 connectors and is backward compatible with existing 100BASE-T and 1000BASE-T networks. The device is PCI Express* (PCIe) v3.0, x8 compatible and has network virtualization offloads including Virtual eXtensible LAN (VXLAN), Generic Network Virtualization Encapsulation (GENEVE), Network Virtualization using Generic Routing Encapsulation (NVGRE), Multiprotocol Label Switching (MPLS), and VXLAN-GPE with Network Service Headers (NSH).
